All fees paid for design and development services are non-refundable. By engaging with Perfect Web, the client acknowledges and agrees that once payment is made for these services, no portion of that payment shall be returned, regardless of project status, client satisfaction, or subsequent decisions to discontinue use.

All pricing listed on our website, proposals, invoices, and other official communication is displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for any currency conversion or international transaction fees that may apply when making payments from outside the United States.
